We make our liquer with the methods and attentions of the past.
After a careful selection and after having peeled them one by one by hand, we put the fresh peels to infuse with wild herbs and alcohol.
Then we add fresh water from Sicilian springs.
As soon as our liquer is ready, it is bottled one bottle at a time, in a long but quality process.
To make UNICO we don't use artificial flavors, preservatives, additives and caramel.
Each bottle, even if imperceptibly, will always different from any other, confirming the craftsmanship that distinguishes it.
